Aura Aesthetics provides professional esthetician services including facials, skincare treatments, and beauty consultations. All services are performed by a licensed esthetician in accordance with California state regulations.

Appointment Policies

Booking and Confirmation

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• A consultation form must be completed before your first treatment
• We reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications are present
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Multiple no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Disclose any medications, allergies, or skin conditions
• Follow pre and post-treatment instructions
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Respect our facility and staff
• Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions

Health and Safety

• Pregnancy, nursing, and certain medications may require modified treatments
• Skin reactions, though rare, can occur with any treatment
• We follow strict sanitation and safety protocols
• If you feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment

Payment and Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is accepted via cash, check, or credit card
• Gratuities are appreciated but not required
• Package deals and gift certificates are non-refundable
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee

Liability and Results

Please understand that:

• We cannot guarantee specific results
• Some treatments may require multiple sessions
• Temporary redness or sensitivity may occur after treatments
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for loss of personal items

Photography and Marketing

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with California law.

Gift Certificates and Packages
