Information we collect

Aura Aesthetics collects information that you choose to send through this website or through the services linked from it.

• The contact form asks for your name and phone number. Email, service interest, and the message field are optional.
• VIP and launch waitlist forms ask for your email address.
• Pro forms ask for your email address and either a professional title or a specialization, depending on the form.
• Booking links open GlossGenius. GlossGenius collects the information you enter on its service under its own privacy terms.

If you include skin concerns, current products, timing preferences, or other details in the contact-form message, those details become part of your request.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to contact and appointment requests
• Send the updates requested through a waitlist or Pro form
• Understand website use and improve pages and forms
• Measure advertising and the actions people take after visiting an ad
• Protect forms from automated abuse

Website forms and booking

• Contact, waitlist, and Pro forms send their fields to an n8n intake service used by Aura Aesthetics. The submission also includes the page, form name, source, and page path. Advertising click IDs and campaign query values are removed from the website form payload.
• The contact form is configured to store its submitted request in Formspark and route the request details to Aura Aesthetics by email and text message.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may check a form submission for automated abuse when the site has that service configured. The resulting security token goes with the form submission.
• Appointment booking takes place on GlossGenius. Aura Aesthetics does not receive your booking-form entry through the website forms described above.

Analytics and advertising

Optional Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are off until you choose to allow optional analytics. With necessary only, rejection, withdrawal, or Global Privacy Control enabled, optional interaction tracking stays off and the site does not store advertising attribution.

If you allow optional analytics, the site may use those services for page and interaction measurement. Events use a short list of page, action, form, and link details. Skin-goal choices, form fields, email domains, professional details, advertising click IDs, and campaign values are not included in these custom events. Google Ads may use inbound ad-click information through its own tag after you allow optional analytics. Form submission and booking navigation still work when optional analytics are off because they are actions you request.

Cookies and browser storage

When optional analytics are allowed, Google may use cookies or similar browser storage under their own settings and policies. The site does not create its own advertising-attribution record or keep Google click IDs. Withdrawing permission clears site-controlled optional provider storage. A session flag may keep the exit popup from repeating after certain conversion actions.

Service providers

Information goes to the services needed for each action: n8n for website intake, Formspark for contact-form storage, email and text-message notification services for routing contact-form requests to Aura Aesthetics, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security when configured, optional Google Analytics and Google Ads when allowed, and GlossGenius for booking. These providers process information under their own terms and settings.

Your choices

You can reopen Privacy preferences from the site footer to allow optional analytics or choose necessary only. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. You can also use the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email or contact Aura Aesthetics to ask about information you sent to the business.

Retention and security

Aura Aesthetics has not published one fixed retention period for all of these records. The website uses HTTPS for transmission. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this policy

Aura Aesthetics will post policy changes on this page and replace the date above with the date of the latest review.
